If you haven't yet confirmed your request with our manager over the phone, simply reply to the price offer in the email.
Based on your preferred date, we will assign a partner who has been verified by our previous clients. You will receive the partner’s contact information the week before the project begins unless we have agreed otherwise.
If you would like to make any changes to your request, please contact the assigned manager, ideally before receiving the partner’s contact details. This approach ensures we can provide the most suitable professional for your project at your preferred time.
You will always be informed in advance about all payments by your project manager. All payments are made via bank transfer to Adam’s account, ensuring greater transparency and the security of your funds.
For projects where the price exceeds €1,000, a deposit of 30% is required to cover the partner's initial costs. Your project is confirmed only after this step. A portion of this deposit will be released to the partner only after the work has commenced. The remaining balance is paid upon project completion.
For quotes exceeding €3,000, a second deposit of 40% is due halfway through the project, after confirming smooth progress. The final payment is made only after the project is completed.

Work begins on the agreed-upon date, usually at 9:00, unless you have made other arrangements with the partner. Before starting, the partner will review the space and sign the pre-agreed price in the order form with you. If there are any minor adjustments, please note them in the form. In case of major changes to the project that weren’t communicated in advance with the manager, please contact us to update the quote accordingly.
We aim to ensure your project runs smoothly and according to plan. That's why it's important for you to know at which stage your project stands. We will check in with you on a weekly basis to confirm that everything is progressing as expected. To assist you, we will provide a guide detailing what to focus on during inspections.
Your project with Adam is nearing completion. After the work is finished, simply sign the second part of the form with the partner, the handover protocol, confirming that the work was done within the agreed scope and quality.
Your satisfaction is key to us. After we receive the signed handover protocol, your project manager will reach out one last time to gather final feedback. Then, all that's left is to pay the remaining balance—and you can start enjoying your newly completed space!
